THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a company in the middle of one of the more interesting transitions in Indian commerce. Having built and scaled a marketplace business to meaningful revenue, the team has repositioned around a B2B quick-commerce model - same mission, sharper operating engine. The early signal is strong: a growing network of dark stores, real GMV, and a meaningful share of those stores already EBITDA-profitable.
