Key Responsibilities:- 1. Controllership - building a strong financial backbone ● Own monthly financials and consolidation across entities (IndAS) ● Drive month-end closure with clear and well-reconciled books ● Accuracy in accounting ● Lead all audits - statutory, internal, and tax ● Work closely with auditors and CA firms to ensure high-quality outputs ● Support leadership and board reporting with timely and accurate data ● Strengthen internal controls and build robust processes ● Manage banking relationships and day-to-day coordination 2. Taxation - driving disciplined compliance ● Own tax compliance across all entities and geographies ● Coordinate tax filings - Direct and Indirect Taxes ● Work with consultants and review all submissions before filing ● Manage tax audits and related processes ● Track and manage tax matters with clear context and recommendations ● Ensure timely and well-coordinated compliance across entities What Makes You a Great Fit:- ● CA with 4 years of experienc...
