Finance Clerk

Absolute Pets is growing Pet Care Retailer and is looking for a Finance Clerk to join their finance team with the main focus on creditors. The successful candidate will need to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, supplier reconciliations and attending to and resolving discrepancies and queries.

Key Responsibilities

Creditors Processing and Reconciliation

• Accurate and timely (based on payment terms with supplier) processing of supplier invoices.
• Clean supplier reconciliations and timely resolving of discrepancies and queries.
• Reporting account status and variations / discrepancies.
• Pro-actively following up with suppliers regarding month-end invoices and statements to meet retail calendar deadlines.
