Purpose of the Role

The Finance Business Partner (CA(SA)) will serve as a strategic and technical extension of the Finance Director, delivering high-level financial, commercial, and governance support across the business. The role provides technical accounting oversight, leads board-level reporting and consolidation, and drives robust performance analytics, budgeting, and forecasting.

Working in close partnership with the Finance Director, Financial Manager, and the broader executive team, this role also plays a key part in finance transformation initiatives—strengthening financial control, enhancing decision-making, and supporting sustainable value creation across the organisation.
