Finance Automation Specialist

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, finance, marketing) to generate actionable insights and support business decision‑making.
• Develop intuitive dashboards using Power BI, Excel and Power Platform tools to track key performance indicators for management reporting.
• Build and maintain workflow automation with Power Automate, including approvals, journal postings, reconciliations and reporting processes.
• Develop finance‑focused applications with Power Apps for expense tracking, data submission and performance dashboards.
• Redesign and optimise existing workflows to reduce manual effort, eliminate bottlenecks and improve speed, accuracy and operational efficiency across finance, sales and support functions.
