Finance Associate — Private Equity Operations & Reporting

Bain Capital is seeking a General Partner Group professional to support the operations and administration of the firm’s partnerships. You will handle cash management, capital calls and distributions, and lead fair market value reporting across GP entities, interfacing with fund accounting, tax, legal, and other teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 1–2 years in financial services accounting, and strong Excel/ MS Office skills.
