Job Description
The Finance Associate Level III to Level II performs both basic and advanced financial analyses and reporting to support management decision-making. This role contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective financial governance. The position operates with minimal supervision and plays a key role in driving financial insights, process improvements, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present periodic financial reports for management, highlighting key insights, areas of concern, and follow-up actions.
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Analyze financial data to assist departmental budgets and forecasts, and explain expense variances to improve cost control and spending awareness.
