Finance Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Assistant supports the CFO in managing the financial and accounting operations of the pest management company. This role ensures accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial records across billing, collections, expenses, and operational cost tracking. Working closely with Operations, the Finance Assistant helps translate field activity into reliable financial data, enforces basic financial discipline, and supports sound decision-making through accurate reporting and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting and bookkeeping support

• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts, including sales, expenses, receivables, and payables.
• Record and reconcile daily and monthly financial transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities, including schedules and supporting documents.
