We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a busy and collaborative Payments Team, supporting the smooth running of accounts payable, supplier payments, expense processing and financial administration.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance or accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, customer service and strong stakeholder relationships are key.
Key responsibilities include:

Processing supplier invoices and managing invoice workflows.

Building strong relationships with suppliers and resolving queries promptly.

Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.

Processing staff expense claims and payment requests.

Supporting payment runs including BACS and foreign currency payments.

Managing payment records and ensuring documentation is maintained accurately.
