We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, hands-on mindset — comfortable monitoring our portfolio assets while also managing the administrative processes that keep operations running smoothly. Continuously monitor portfolio property performance (income, expenses, financing service, and budget alignment).
Collaborate with the Investment Team to accurately track and report investment returns and proactively identify value-add opportunities to enhance property performance and drive portfolio value expansion.
