Finance & Accounts Manager

Oversee the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Treasury and Banking functions of the Company.

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of accounts.

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements and management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, solicitors, bankers, government authorities and other professional parties on audits, taxation, secretarial, compliance, financial and statutory matters.

Monitor the Company's cash flow and liquidity, and manage treasury functions to ensure optimal utilisation of funds.

Prepare, review and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and financial projections in collaboration with department heads.

Perform financial and budget variance analysis, and provide recommendations to support management's decision‑making.
