Finance & Accounts Leader - Construction & Property

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Treasury and Banking functions. The role requires ensuring timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closes, plus preparation of management accounts and financial statements.

You will liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers, monitor cash flow, and lead budgeting, forecasts and variance analysis to support senior management decisions.
