The Finance and Accounting Transformation Associate Program is a 30‑month rotational program designed to develop future‑ready finance professionals with strong financial acumen and technical expertise. The program focuses on the intersection of FP&A, data, analytics, AI, and technology transformation, giving associates hands‑on experience and training in core finance responsibilities while contributing to finance innovation.
