This is a remote position. Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a highly organized File/Document Clerk to maintain, organize, and manage company records and documentation. The successful candidate will ensure accurate filing, retrieval, and storage of both physical and electronic documents while supporting administrative and operational teams with record management needs. Key Responsibilities Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic company documents. Scan, upload, and index records into document management systems. Retrieve requested files and records in a timely manner. Ensure documents are properly labeled, categorized, and archived. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Review records for completeness and accuracy. Assist with document retention and disposal procedures in accordance with company policies.
