What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver hands‑on, in‑stand training for crews, Managers‑in‑Training (MITs), and leaders
- Lead the New Stand Openings (NSOs) process
- Coach leaders to build confidence, consistency, and accountability
- Support MIT development and onboarding
