Field Trainer

Organization: RuralShores / RSA Reporting To: Regional Manager Position Summary The Training & Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all field-level training and supervision activities across designated districts in Delhi. This role ensures effective delivery of training sessions, seamless field operations, promoter motivation, performance management, and data reporting. The supervisor will act as a mentor, guide, and support system for all promoters while maintaining strong coordination with the Head Office and client teams.
