Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly service and maintenance tasks, ensuring completion by the 29th of each month.
- Attend to technical callouts and provide telephonic support to clients to resolve issues efficiently.
- Complete and submit job cards daily (within 24 hours), ensuring all required details are accurate.
- Maintain and manage boot stock weekly , ensuring all inventory is accounted for.
- Accurately document all work performed, including listing any components replaced with explanations.
- Assist with deliveries and collections when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent client service at all times.
- Ensure all KPI targets are met consistently.
- Keep the work environment clean and organized when office-based.
