What You’ll Be Doing

• Primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive technical support for customer design and system development. Key areas of responsibility are:
• Demand Creation: Focus on customer presentations, semiconductor product introductions, and technical sales training for the local Arrow Electronics sales team.
• Account Management: Assist with selling opportunities through a planned discovery process. Become proficient in understanding customer’s needs and how to translate those needs to Arrow requirements or opportunities.
• Relationships: Stay current on product knowledge and obtain technical certifications. Attend supplier training events to keep up-to-date on the product line.
