In this role, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting field activities, and maintaining strong communication with auditors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Field Auditors
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and compliance with operational standards
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
- Provide on-the-job training and ongoing development support
Field Operations
- Coordinate fieldwork planning and visit assignments
