As a Field Team Leader at NIQ, you will play a critical role in driving the execution and quality of our field operations across Turkey. You will lead a team of auditors, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance with NIQ methodologies.
This role combines people leadership with operational excellence, giving you full ownership of field execution, team performance, and continuous quality improvement. You will work closely with Delivery and Quality teams to ensure reliable market insights and operational success.
