Field Support Technician – POS & IT Equipment

An exciting opportunity exists for a hands‑on Field Support Technician to join a growing technical services team. This role is ideal for a customer‑focused professional who enjoys working in the field, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering high‑quality support across multiple client sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Point of Sale (POS) and IT equipment while ensuring service excellence and adherence to agreed service levels.

Location Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Have a valid driver's licence
• Own a reliable vehicle for daily travel between customer sites
