About the role We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Field Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of our field marketing and activation projects.
As a Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating field operations, supporting project execution, coaching field teams, and ensuring every campaign is delivered to the highest standard.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, leading people, and making things happen on the ground.
Key Responsibilities Daily Office Management Tasks Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given.
Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation & Planning Team.
Training arrangement.
Field visitation plan.
Uniform arrangement.
C on duct Weekend Fieldwork Tasks Project Delivery Order check - sample stock & accessories.
