Growing structural steel subcontractor in North NJ is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Construction Superintendent to support field operations on commercial and industrial projects. This is a strong opportunity for someone ready to step up into a leadership role within structural steel and miscellaneous metals.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily field operations for structural steel and misc. metals installation

  • Coordinate erectors, subcontractors, and general contractors on-site

  • Help manage site safety, quality control, and project schedules

  • Review erection drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

  • Attend job meetings and provide field updates to Project Managers
