Field Superintendent - Commercial Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee multiple commercial electrical projects throughout the Houston area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring jobs remain on schedule, crews stay productive, materials are available when needed, and quality standards are maintained across all projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage field personnel, communicate with office staff, and drive projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Visit and oversee multiple job sites daily to ensure projects are progressing safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
