Field Services Specialist
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Receives and delivers prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints on-site within the suggested response time
- Analyses and evaluates Job Orders (as issued) as to their nature and complexity for proper action
- Conducts thorough inspection of accounts for new service line application and customer complaints/requests, as well as inspection of high and low consumption, in-house leak, and violation cases and recommends appropriate action thereof
- Conducts a thorough inspection of newly installed connections.
- Conducts on-the-spot meter readings and performs special readings, whenever required.
- Performs reinstallation, reactivation, and/or reconnection activation.
