Job Description
As a Field Service Support you will make an impact by Full desktop support with a focus on remote assistance. You will be a valued member of the IT infrastructure team.
**In this role, you will:**
Inventory
Local and remote support
Active policy controller
Tickets, solutions for mobile phones and devices, etc.
Package updates, repair, administrator user, network, ServiceNow
**Work model:** onsite
