Field Services Engineer

The position is primarily responsible for the direct supervision of Field Personnel (Head Office or Retail Loans Centers) whose core function is direct servicing of Unibank’s requirements on Real Estate Appraisal, Auto/Machinery and Equipment, Title Verification/Real Estate Mortgage Annotation and Credit Investigation, and other field-related validations.

Responsibilities:

• Exercises direct supervision and control over personnel resources (rank and file) to ensure that management's directives and goals are properly cascaded and realized.
• Ensures all field personnel under supervision yield quality results within the prescribed service turnaround time to provide users information and indicators for credit proposal and evaluation purposes.
• Provides middle management with timely and accurate productivity and turnaround time reports and provides feedback on problems affecting the team's overall performance to aid in effective decision-making.
