Field Service TechnicianPosition Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support the repair, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of electromechanical transit equipment used in public transportation systems.This role combines in-house electronics repair with field service support at customer locations. Approximately 75% of the position involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment onsite, while the remaining 25% involves travel for installation, startup, maintenance, and repair activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn-House Service & Repair (75%)
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical equipment and assemblies.
+ Perform board-level circuit analysis and component-level repairs.
+ Use electronic test equipment to identify faults and verify repairs.
