FMOL (Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady) - Headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA, serves patients across Louisiana and Mississippi through a network of hospitals, clinics, physicians, elderly housing and integrated information systems. FMOL's St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS is looking for a motivated Field Support Technicians to join their new team that specifically support St. Dominic's clinic locations.
St. Dominic Hospital system is splitting their desktop team into 2 separate teams - one that will strictly support the hospital and the new offsite support team will provide support for the clinic locations. This position will be on the offsite support team. This team has 3 main responsibilities - tickets that are escalated from the helpdesk for any hardware/software issues, project based work (upgrades, hardware deployments, new clinic deployments, hardware moves, etc), and also rounding at the clinic sites.
