About the Position

The field service technician is responsible for providing on‑site support for the customer’s MEMCO equipment fleet, ensuring technical expertise and support, and reporting to MEMCO’s engineering group on equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structural, mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic system failures and determine the root cause.
• Perform short‑ and long‑term corrective actions necessary to correct and prevent recurrence of the failure.
• Disassemble, reassemble, commission, test, and troubleshoot MEMCO equipment at customer sites or MEMCO facilities as required.
• Perform scheduled tasks in a timely and professional manner according to the instructions of the immediate supervisor.
