The Light and Wonder (L&W), Field Service Technician II is responsible for the completion of assigned tasks at customer locations. These include scheduled calls; installs, conversions, removals, preventative maintenance (PM’s) and unscheduled calls; service and supplies. The Certified Field Technician 2 will be responsible for troubleshooting all customer problems over the telephone and / or traveling to customer locations for repair, installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and removal of company equipment with limited direct supervision.
