Job Description
We are looking for a talented Supervisor Field Service Mechanical to join our team specialising in, repairs and servicing and support of Cummins engines in Automotive, industrial, Marine, High horsepower and Power generation applications for our Adelaide branch. This key appointment is responsible for coordinating all off-site based activities whilst providing direction to a team of dedicated field service technicians.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Efficiently manage the day to day running of field service work,
Plan, schedule and allocate all field service repair events for the branch,
Lead, mentor, and coach field service technicians - remotely supervise repairs and sign off on Technicians work - track and measure technician productivity and performance,
