Linx Printing Technologies (a Veralto company) is looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, service, repair and maintain coding and marking products across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns on customer sites; perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to keep products operating to required standards.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication, implementing corrective actions.
• Handle field service calls and issues professionally.
• Travel daily to customer sites across the Midlands and further afield; occasional nights away from home may be required.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a technical/engineering customer service or field service role.
