Job Description
Field Service Engineer
+ Perform maintenance activities as per vendor specifications on a variety of display products, servers, audio-video equipment, etc. that are part of the integrated solution.
+ Troubleshooting of the integrated solution as necessary, which includes addressing hardware (computers/servers, audio/video equipment)
+ Troubleshooting system configuration, network, and software/OS issues
+ Troubleshoot display equipment as needed, including interpreting error codes, determining cable vs. display issues, etc.
+ Documenting all customer issues for use by support staff and management
+ Travel up to 90-95% of the time
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/service environment preferred
+ CTS certification preferred
+ Network+ and/or Security+ preferred
+ Familiar with either NetSuite cloud applications or other similar CRM systems
