Responsibilities

• Servicing access equipment for businesses around Northamptonshire and across the UK
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and product installations
• Developing an strong understanding of the company’s product range, carrying out manufacturer training when required
• Reporting to the Service Manager to ensure all equipment servicing is carried out efficiently
• Coordinating with the customers, resolving any queries to the customers’ satisfaction
