Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) serves as the primary company representative to perform work at customer locations.The FSE installs company products, performs preventive maintenance, performs diagnostics & troubleshooting, and repairs for all company products.The Micromeritics Customer Experience mission is accomplished through the field service organization.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities as a top priority.
- Adheres to the company code of ethics and professional engineering standards.
- Travels within their assigned territory by car, train, or plane and provides installation and support of Micromeritics' instruments.
- Performs service activities in conformance with (GLP) good laboratory practices.
- Perform field-based maintenance and repair of all company instruments.
