KEDtech is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team based in Malacca, Malaysia. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the electronic and semiconductor industry.
What you'll be doing
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our wet cleaning equipment
Provide on-site and remote technical support and maintenance services
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
Manage inventory, order spare parts, and ensure the timely completion of tasks
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to existing products and processes
Contribute to the team's continuous learning and knowledge sharing efforts
