Field Service Engineer / Field Service Technician

Perform equipment installation, calibration, and commissioning at customer facilities.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.

Prepare service reports, document issues, and communicate updates to customers and management.

Coordinate with the principle or factory engineers for advanced technical support or spare parts requirements.

Ensure all service activities comply with company safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support (fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply)...
