Field Service Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Overview

Field service engineer is responsible to respond to customers calls and complete technical services tasks such as equipment installation, debugging, programming and commissioning, calibration tasks, corrective maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Instruct customers how to operate equipment, and perform operator level troubleshooting all this related to wire harness automation equipments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting problems
• Responsible for the implementation of equipment improvement and on-site training
• Task scheduling at each job site
• Ensure proper adherence to facility safety requirements
• Creating in-depth technical reports
• Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and customer inquiry
• Keeping track of parts inventory
• Quick response to customer service request and maintain good customer relationship
