In this role, you will act as a lubrication advisor to industrial plants and fleets. You'll conduct 15+ impactful sales calls daily and utilize demonstration tools and technical insights to foster strong customer relationships and increase reliability. Your sales strategy will hinge on the “Gears of Selling” process, enabling you to achieve monthly order targets and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete 15+ face-to-face sales meetings daily
• Present a 40 lb demo bag effectively on each call
• Follow structured sales processes to close deals
• Write and manage 40+ product orders per month
• Build and cultivate 200 active customer accounts
Requirements:
• Current driver's license with reliable transport
• Capability to carry a demo bag weight of 40 lbs
