Take ownership of a growing territory across Caraga region:

• Agusan Del Sur and Agusan Del Norte

As our Field Sales Associate (Jr. Sales Development Officer) , you will identify new business opportunities and revive inactive accounts within your assigned area, ensuring they meet sales and collection targets. This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Acquire new accounts and reactivate inactive clients to grow territory reach
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained growth
• Manage territory coverage, merchandising, and promotions
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely collections, and credit compliance
