Field Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to hire Delivery Associates (Delivery Boys) for Amazon's last-mile delivery operations. This role also involves field visits to identify potential candidates, conduct recruitment drives, and ensure timely onboarding. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential candidates for Delivery Associate roles through various channels (field recruitment, referrals, local ads, job portals, etc.). Conduct field visits to potential hiring locations and build a strong candidate pipeline. Schedule and conduct interviews, verify documents, and ensure smooth onboarding. Coordinate with station management and operations teams to understand manpower requirements. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Assist in training and induction programs for new hires. Support field activities like job fairs, hiring camps, and partner engagement programs.
