Field Operations Dispatcher (9-Month Term)

Location: Virden, MB or Estevan, SK.

The main responsibility of this role is to coordinate downhole field operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of oil and gas activities across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching trucks, equipment, and field personnel based on operational priorities, production requirements, and real-time field conditions. The role relies heavily on IronSight software to track, monitor, and adjust daily operations.

• Receive, review, and prioritize work requests from the Operations teams.
• Assign appropriate personnel, equipment, and service providers to meet operational requirements.
• Program, schedule, and monitor all assigned workover activities.
