Field network & service delivery technician

Digicel is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to provide technical support for business solutions and FTTH customers, diagnose and resolve issues, and prepare incident and performance reports.

You'll perform configuration, installation, interconnection of network equipment, troubleshoot CPE and network problems, and liaise with customer IT leads while maintaining proactive communication with the Service Delivery Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
