GiveDirectly is a non‑profit delivering cash directly to people living in poverty across 15 countries. The Field Manager will lead the field‑based operations in Mugovolas District, overseeing enrollment, team performance, and process improvement.
Position Overview
The Field Manager (FM) will be responsible for managing enrollment and follow‑up activities, meeting targets, building a culture of mentorship, and creating opportunities for risk mitigation and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of ground operations, set and own quantifiable targets, and continuously improve enrollment processes.
- Contribute to the country office’s vision, develop and test new protocols, and anticipate risk areas.
