Field Maintenance System Analyst

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Systems Analyst is a key member of the maintenance organization. This role is responsible for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of fixes and enhancements to our maintenance systems. On a regular basis this associate will monitor the ServiceNet jobs in order to identify when new jobs need to be created, validate and ensure Story acceptance/testing criteria are accurate and reasonable, and ensure the full functionality of the new features, enhancements and fixes.

Major Responsibilities:

- Understand and test/validate changes and enhancements to our repair system (ServiceNet).

- Learn and understand basics of other system that integrate with ServiceNet

- Guide developers and QA Testers on the requirements of changes / enhancements.
