Job Summary

A Field Leader for Electric Operations, Substation Service Center leads a team responsible for daily operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and acceptance testing of equipment. The role ensures accurate tracking of goods, efficient order fulfillment, safe testing of new and repaired equipment, and continuous improvement of processes. The Field Leader manages budgets, enforces safety standards, supports on‑call operations 24 hours a day, and drives operational excellence.
