Job Description
The Lead Shuttle Driver trains, coaches and dispatches other shuttle drivers. • Directs traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing service when necessary. • Correctly uses all personal protective equipment at all times • Protects the safety of self, co-workers, and passengers at all times • Promptly reports any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor and/or appropriate department(s) • Transports, loads and unloads passengers, providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations • Helps passengers to load and unload luggage as needed • Inspects vehicles on a regular basis to find any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues; performs routine cleaning and bus maintenance activities • Provides excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc. • Reports safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor and ...
