Field IT Service Engineer

Overview

Field IT Service Engineer role at TieTalent . Field-based position located in Willenhall, West Midlands, covering the South Wales area. Salary: Competitive. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, plus weekend on a rota; 40 hours per week (part‑time option available). Company van and equipment supplied.

Responsibilities

• Install new EPOS hardware, including data cabling where appropriate


• Install and deploy systems using correct and documented procedures


• Provide EPOS operational standards advice via telephone, modem, best practice and/or training


• Ensure personal availability at all times within defined territory(s)


• Maintain adequate spares availability at all times within defined territory(s)


• Ensure that all aspects of the build and repair process are followed at all times
