Field Equipment Coordinator – Seed Corn Ops

Bayer in Brits, North West, South Africa is seeking an Equipment Coordinator and Maintenance specialist to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of field equipment for seed corn production.

You will oversee procurement, deployment, calibration, preventative maintenance, and logistics, while collaborating with agronomists and technicians to support planting, detasseling and harvesting cycles. A technical diploma and English fluency are required.
